1. PART ANALYST
Responsibilites
- Analyze part forecast from historical, deterministic, technical and non technical issues
- Maintain high old aging inventory
- Monitor and analyze incoming shipment
- Improve stock composition
- Report creation
Qualification / Experiences
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum has 5 years’ experience in heavy equipment business
- Able to work as a team
- Good personality and discipline
- Excellent analytical thinking
- Excellent communication in English both written and spoken, Korean is advantage.
2. PART SALES
Responsibilites
- Follow up and feedback money tracking provided by admin
- Create and provide part forecast to Part Analyst
- Proactively do promotion to dealer and customers
- Offer and increase blanket order from dealer and customers
- Sending AR report to dealer and customers
- Prepare visit plan to dealer and customers and create call report for every visit
Qualification / Experiences
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum has 5 years’ experience in heavy equipment business
- Able to work as a team
- Good personality and discipline
- Excellent analytical thinking
- Excellent communication in English both written and spoken, Korean is advantage.
3. PART ADMIN
Responsibilites
- Respond to part inquiry brought by dealers or customers
- Prepare quotation for any part inquiries
- Create delivery order for the outbound part
- Prepare the invoices for any part transaction
- Monitor back order shipment part from Headquarter
- Monitor and update inbound database in the system
Qualification / Experiences
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum has 3 years’ experience with inventory and warehouse system in heavy equipment business
- Able to work as a team
- Good personality and discipline
- Excellent analytical thinking
- Excellent communication in English both written and spoken, Korean is advantage.
