DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

• Age maximum 25 years old
• Good personality
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work as a team
• Having at least 1 year experience
• Minimum education D3 
• Willing to work in Pantai Indah Kapuk area

Duties :

1. Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and positive way. 
2. Answer visitors inquiries, as needed, or directs the inquiry to the person best able to answer.
3. Maintains a neat and tidy reception area, clearing up any clutter on an ongoing basis and maintains a professional, comfortable general office atmosphere.
4. Booking, preparing and maintaining the meeting rooms ensuring catering, equipment etc. are organized effectively.
5. Responsible for any courier arrangement.
6. To ensure that incoming and outgoing mails or packages are well organized/ delivered.
7. Monitoring messenger daily activity
8. Following standardized company procedures relating to all aspects of office performance.
9. Maintains all office area to be neat and tidy 
10. Maintains all office properties and assets in good condition
11. Liaise with vendors related to services provided to general overhead of the company
12. Document Control Administration
