AIA is hiring for Retail Customer Strategy & Propositions to Support Partnership Distribution and Agency channel in the area of customer strategy planning and customer propositions development for mass segment in order to achieve business objectives including VONB target, customer engagement, retention and repurchase.Key Responsibilities: Increase number of customers in the Mass segment and maximize lifetime value of customer to AIA Develop and implement mass segment specific customer value proposition on product and services Formulate mass segment specific strategic initiative, implementation plan, communication plan, tactical strategy for Retail customers segment in using data analytics, ECM, and CRM Drive Mass MKT segment ECM VONB target by initiating, socializing, promoting, managing and monitoring all ECM and CRM initiatives across distribution channels Establish 2-ways, structural and constructive discussion platform between distribution channels and Customer Office in routine basis. Drive customer centricity initiatives across all customer and sales activities Improve customer experience of bank partners &agency with the company Resolve potential channel conflict among bank partners & agency arising from ECM campaigns. Collect inputs from distribution channel, analyze them and recommend action points to management especially on customer value propositions, customer campaign experience issues. To work with distribution channel team to implement action plan to improve NPS or CES as assigned Job Qualifications: University graduate degree holder (preferred advance degree) in Statistics, Mathematics or Information Technology or related discipline At least 10 yearsâ€™ insurance sales and Marketing experience Overall good understanding on insurance products, marketing, operation rules and distribution. Good communicator – able to articulate business issue in layman term, orally or in power point slide Strategic thinking â€“ able to dissect complex business issue, gather fact and provide solution. Relevant experience on managing a sales team, and with solid experience on coaching and training sales team on insurance is highly preferred. Qualifications of local Indonesian insurance intermediary license. Good spoken Bahasa Indonesian and English. Good communication and inter-personal skills. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Energetic, enthusiastic and commitment to make a significant achievement to business growth.
