  • Status: contract during probation (three months period, may extend to six months if evaluation needs to be further monitored), permanent after passing probation

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree: min. Bachelor’s Degree in any major
  • Language: Bahasa, English, Mandarin
  • Others: computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.)

Job Role:
This position will be stationed at the head office of our client. The hired candidate will practically assist the Principal and other departments on a daily basis, especially the Sales team for quotations, to ensure that all administration needs are attended to and accomplished, and administrative tasks are supported, in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Descriptions:

  • Make inquiry to the Principal
  • Calculate HPP and Cost
  • Create Quotation to customer
  • Create Sales Order based on PO from customer
  • Create BASTB (Berita Acara Serah Terima Barang)
  • Create SPJB (Surat Perjanjian Jual Beli)
  • Create Invoice
  • Submit Absenteeism
  • Book air tickets and hotels for sales team/technical team/overseas principals when needed
  • Review and Monitor Distributor Agreements from time to time

 Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and comprehension skills, adaptability, being approachable, good at conflict management, teamwork, time management, and being open to change and new ideas
  • Having Customer Service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to plan and organize
  • Able to solve problems
  • Able to do perform Calendar Management, Recordkeeping, Travel Arrangements, etc.
