Job Overview

Creates and manages the calendar of marketing events or activities. Collaborate with managers in planning and developing marketing On/Offline events and assist in the application of such plans. Ensures that campaigns and related corporate communications are according to the set guideline, budget and timeline

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing marketing plans to increase market share
• Creating a strategy to increase sales, lift marketed product and branding
• Overseeing market data analysis and evaluation
• Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines
• Monitoring On/Offline traffic
• Developing pricing and budgeting strategies
• Developing marketing materials to generate sales leads
• Producing press releases
• Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing, collateral, products and promotions
• Making good public opinion about the company
• Establish loyal market share
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams- from creative, IT and production to product marketing and legal – to produce effective promotional materials
• Coordinating with and managing agency partners
• Analyze customers behavior, including their need and preference

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience minimum 2 year’s in the same positions
• Proficient in digital marketing 
• Able to create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals
• Ability to work independently or as member of the team
• Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative and open minded
• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing or related field
• Experience to analyze trend, viewers, and followers in market, in order to be able to produce the right content with the right market / audience
• Possesses strong social media knowledge and experience
• Understand to use Marketing tools (on/offline)
• Experience in Food & Beverages Industry in an advantage

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Demonstrated project management skills
• Strong communications and time-management capability
• Demonstrated creative, writing, editing, and multi-tasking capabilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of market research practices and techniques
• Knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques of marketing strategies
• Proficient computer skills
• Budget and cost analysis experience
• Project management experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Understand SEO, SEM, Google ads, Google analytic and Website
