DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

• Detailed design resolutions including drawings, schedules, material specification and presentation of residential properties
• Preparation of drawings, schedules and reports with local consultants for master planning application
• Work closely with external consultants to prepare architectural drawings, details and schedules and specifications, while contributing to teamwork and project delivery outcomes
• Prepare drawings and construction documentation using Autocad
• Co-ordinate with Structural Engineers and Services Consultants to ensure drawings are in accordance with Client’s Brief
• Assess applicable codes, regulations and legislations to ensure compliance of documentation.
• Provide quality assurance checks to ensure standards are met at all stages of documentation delivery

Qualifications and Skills:

• Post-Graduate Qualifications
• Previous experience running and managing projects, dealing with clients, consultants, team members and other relevant stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details
• Able to handle projects independently and communicate well
