JOB VACANCY DESCRIPTION

Summary of Job Responsibilities

To support the growth of Marina Bay Sands’ loyalty marketing programs from a strategic perspective with an emphasis on marketing and operational planning. To enhance the customer experience throughout the property and ensure all benefits and privileges are operational. To develop a consistent brand image across all channel for loyalty marketing.

JOB SCOPE

Program Development:

  • Develop and maintain partner relationship for the growth of the Sands Rewards Lifestyle, Sands Rewards Club & Paiza program as well as new opportunities for MBS and partners to benefit the business.
  • Assist with core technology related projects and enhancements associated with loyalty in terms of planning, development, project tracking, testing and implementation

Marketing:

  • Plan, lead and implement communications assets to support marketing campaigns including but not limited to advertising, members newsletter, campaign specific communications, internal campaigns.
  • Support planning and execution of promotions and special events
  • Develop members communications assets for more personalization and ways to improve tracking of the results.
  • Involves in the development of matrix/ criteria of reports in relations to the program and promotions.

Others:

  • Coordinate promotion plans with all business areas to drive acquisition and retention, promote upward loyalty migration, and incentivize staff members to encourage participation in the program from customers
  • Coordinate and liaise collateral and media briefs, production and distribution with creative and media team.
  • Coordinate with Guest Relationship Marketing on scheduling and deployment of members communications
  • Assist to work with Special Events for member activities.
  • Manage and tabulate reports as required.
  • Coordinate with Finance and IT for promotion set-up where needed.
  • Handle internal and external enquiries where applicable.
  • Other administrative responsibilities.
  • Other duties as directed by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree related to Marketing in Singapore
  • Excellent command in MS Suite and good knowledge in MS Project
  • Knowledge loyalty marketing in retail, travel and financial institution environment, both on marketing and operational levels is preferred.
  • Must be detailed oriented with strong inter-personal skills.
