A newly opened club in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Director (Full-time).
Responsibilities:
- Create a strong marketing strategy for launch and long-term goals.
- Build the digital marketing roadmap
- Working closely with Creative Director and independent digital agency.
- Planning and developing different communication channels: PR, press, offline, online and etc
- Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare a budget
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of consumer interaction
- Oversee social media accounts
- Explore partnerships
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market strategies.
- Setting goals and establishing a clear roadmap to achieve them.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Director
- Experience working in a first-level company
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Creative, open-minded, passionate and always up to date with new trends
- Strong team management and communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
- Experience leading marketing to a big success
- Music related is a plus
