1. Participating actively in keeping the safe, healthy and secure work environment and also environmentally friendly (SHE) 2. Updating and enforcing hazard identification & risk assessment (HIRA) procedures to achieve quality standards & SHE compliance 3. Ensuring all purchase orders are in line with demand and regularly updating the safety stock level for all sites to minimize any obsolete/surplus stock 4. Calculating the requirement & purchasing the indirect materials based on the projected demand as well as resolving any dispute on the payment workflow 5. Maintaining critical stock – must have materials & creating supply plan based on the projected demand nor planning/scheduling event for all sites 6. Monitoring inbound/outbound activities to ensure day to day materials availability & ensuring the process of receiving, storing and issuing materials are align with standard operation procedure (SOP) 7. Ensuring the process of inventory taking (physical inventory check) for all sites 8. Maintaining trucking & other transportation services readiness 9. Analyzing trends in company spending in order to make recommendations for the future and identifying areas for possible savings 10. Establishing and enforcing supplier guidelines, obligations and services level agreements to give better impact to the organization 11. Able to deliver the best support to gain great impact to the organization on any big events such as Posko Lebaran , X-mas & New year eve
· Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field · Minimum 3 years of experience in operations/supply chain roles, e.g Production, Planning, Warehouse or Logistic · Experience in Oracle usage, preferable on MRP & Min Max methodology · Good knowledge of Excel function logic and macros · Knowledge of production and supply chain processes · Good command in English both verbal and written · Can work independently or in a team (teamwork) · Hardworking, detail oriented, able to work under pressure and proactive · Ability to work multitasking and fast response · Willing to be located in any branch of company business · Certified POP/POM will be advantage
