About work仕事内容について

Responsible for handling full spectrum of HR, administration and compliance activities including recruitment, conduct training, set up company policies/regulations, etc.
Perform daily operations of HR functions including staff attendance management and personnel records maintenance.
Handle staff disciplinary related issues and provide solution such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
Other ad hoc HRGA duties.
