DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Role Job:

OTA Optimization supports all efforts within the channels & distribution team related to optimizing online partner performance. This includes analyzing, reporting out on, and supporting action plans to address resorts, villa and hotels with revenue opportunity on the OTAs.

Responsible:

• Support all efforts related to optimizing OTA performance for Sanghyang Indah Spa and Resort.
• Work with third party partners’ data and internal data to identify revenue opportunities and/or challenges at specific resorts, hotel and villa. Work to initiate action plans to address the opportunities and/or challenges.
• Support all efforts related to minimizing OTA’s rate parity instances.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in travel industry revenue management, travel industry distribution/channel management, and/or hotel operations.
• An understanding of the hotel industry’s distribution and channel landscape is necessary; candidate should be interested in emerging trends in the hotel industry as it relates to OTAs.
• Strong communication skills; able to clearly convey ideas and results, in writing and through speech, to partner teams, team members, and hotel owners/franchisees.
• Strong analytical skills – ability to review numbers and draw conclusions about performance and impact of various projects and/or technology solutions.
• ·Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail; able to work simultaneously on multiple initiatives and priorities.
• Self-starter, exhibiting initiative and confidence
