Flokq is looking for a professional Operations Specialist to coordinate and oversee FlokqÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s organizationÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s operations.
The specific duties of an Operations Specialist include setting up processes and operations strategy, optimizing performance, procuring material and resources, and securing compliance.
You should be ready to assist, and mentor your team members as well as oversee the operations
Manage and assign roles and responsibilities across the the Operations teams.
Make prioritization of daily issues and effectively delegate responsibilities to make sure deadlines and completion are met.
Anticipate and periodically plan individual teamÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s works.
Assist and mentor new team members.
Develop and oversee all Preventative Maintenance Programs.
Identify and test new suppliers, and negotiate new or maintain facilities service contracts such as Housekeeping and Maintenance.
Be the first point of escalation for large operational emergencies. Act as the bridge between the Community Team and Operations, as well as the Landlord and Building Management Office for any escalated issues.
Oversee and approve maintenance-related procurement requests.
Solve maintenance requests submitted via ticketing system.
Identify better efficiencies with existing processes to help optimize labour time / cost ratio.
Follow-up and control department budget and spending.
Project-manage portfolio large-scale maintenance projects.
Ensuring compliance of local Fire & Life Safety.
Help implement a quality control process in order to improve Member satisfaction.
Review the ticketing systemÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s data reports weekly.
Min. 2-3 years experience in asset management, hospitality, construction and / or related industry.
Strong project management, organization, and written skills.
Comfortable in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment, hands-on and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with management within cross-functional teams.
Must speak, read and write English and Indonesian fluently!
