JOB VACANCY DESCRIPTION

Salary: Basic $5,000 – $6,000 + VB + $600 transport allowance + $80 handphone allowance

Time: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Location: Tuas Avenue

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service center, including customer service, workshop, and traffic teams.
• Ensure that all teams uphold accountability, integrity, and operational readiness.
• Focus on enhancing the service center’s image and capabilities, striving for excellent service levels, productivity, and efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, financial guidelines, processes, and industry standards.
• Establish and refine necessary policies and procedures to optimize the functioning of customer service, workshop, and traffic operations, aiming for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure staff members receive proper training and maintain high motivation levels to meet established standards.
• Address any issues openly and promptly, while also identifying and managing risks effectively.
• Continuously evaluate and streamline workflows and working conditions to minimize turnover and enhance overall efficiency.
• Serve as the escalation point for any operational challenges faced by the team.
• Develop the workforce to align with future business needs. Prepare comprehensive reports on performance, budgets, and expenditures.
• Assist in the planning of financial budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs), and execute the strategies outlined in budget discussions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering & equivalent.
• Competent in English (verbal & written) and corporate presentation.
• Result achiever with strong strategic mindset and with high integrity.
• Possess strong leadership skills, analytical and technical automotive knowledge.
• Prior working experience in managing daily workshop for at least 3-5 years.
