About work仕事内容について

Lead and supervise the project (mainly pharmaceutical facility engineering and energy solution of the production facility)
Construction supervision at the site from the viewpoint of the designer
Sales and marketing
Developing, improving, and implementing operations plans to meet company goals
Managing day-to-day operations of each department
Managing finances, company budgets, and financial reports
Establishing company policies
Implementing necessary changes and adhering to compliance procedures, laws, and regulations.
