Job Overview
As front end engineer at a data team, you will have responsibility for building an internal data data platform, such as a data governance tool, or config tools. Also responsible to package data automation to a beautiful website to help the internal data team or our business user to capture the data effortlessly. You will work closely with the data engineer, business intelligence and data scientist team.
Your main duties in flying with us:
- Developing new user-facing features using React.js
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Create a unit, scenario, integration sanity test, etc if required
- Write Documentation for your code
- Doing Pair Programming with your junior
- Involve in system design brainstorming
- Experience with UI/UX design and development
Mandatory belongings you must prepare:
- Strong programming and algorithmic skills
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
