JOB VACANCY DESCRIPTION

Benefits Summary:

• UP $2500

• 5 days Monday-Friday (9am – 6.45pm)

Responsibilities:

• To provide administrative and sales support to local sales team in delivery of Funding Agreement(FA) Headcounts target recruitment and management of corporate memberships. 
• To process programme applications and ensure that all required documents have been fully furnished by student enrolling for the programme.
• Pre and Post marketing and sales admin support for monthly recruitment activities e.g., Course Previews, Job Fair and Events.
• To assist in generating operational report and provides administrative support to Sales Manager.
• To ensure proper data management of the enquiry database. 
• Support sales enrolment & operation work flow.
• Any other tasks and projects assigned by Sales Manager.
