• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and other IT-related supplies.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Testing new technology.
• Adjusting the needs and selecting PC/laptop specifications with users according to the standard created by the team.
• Able to build a PC within the designated budget.
• Requesting budget approval to Project Manager and coordinate with Procurement Team.
• Performing IP Reserve configuration for streaming purposes and communicating with ISP for the implementation process.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields.
• Minimum around 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
• Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of hardware, software, system, networks, and other IT-related supplies.
• Strong analytical skills to identify technical problems and provide solutions.
• Proactive and enjoy helping others in need, especially those with technical problems.
• Confident in communicating with people at all levels.
