As leading furniture distributor in Indonesia which include partnerships with leading design brands such as Hay, Montanam Actiu, Pedrali and other best leading brand in the world, BWI currently is looking to add to its sales capabilities. We are looking for :
Male and Female sales executives with maximum age of 30 years old
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
No experience needed, Experience will be added value.
Good comman in English both spoken and written as well as presence in social media.
Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Adaptable
Willing to work overtime and in weekend if necessary
Able to work in team or as individual
Required skills ; Prospecting, Meeting Sales Goals, Communication, Client Relationships, Negotiation, Power Point Presentation, Creativity, Sales Planning
Sales Executives Job Responsibilities;
Build business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining and building new relationship with prospects, collaborate with team members to achieve better result
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Build network and spheres of influence in order to grow prospect list
- Listen and draw out the concerns/problems to identify the possible solutions
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
- Set up meetings with potential clients
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidelines; researching and recommending new opportunities
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
- Prepare and deliver presentation on products/service
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
