We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team by developing and implementing sales plans to increase the company’s profit and motivating their employees to hit these sales goals. Sales Manager also conduct research on the competition and supply and demand costs to determine how many their products are worth. This helps them develop reasonable product pricing that fits within the customer’s budget and brings in a great profit.

At the end of the month or quarter, the Sales Manager drafts a report and presents on it to the management. They’ll use the feedback to add adjustments and improvements to their current sales target strategies.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.

Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives also draft detailed and accurate sales reports.

Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.

Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.

Establish a sales training program to train new employees.

Meet with sales managers to assess company performance.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.

Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.

Excellent negotiation, leadership skills, outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish also excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

Understanding of how to position products against competitors
