Role Summary:

Baker Hughes GE offers an opportunity for an Indonesia Sales Manager (Wireline Logging Services) role as part of the Jakarta, Indonesia team.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, lead for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews.

  • Develops vision an important market on the level of a product line with a long-term perspective.

  • Leads business development planning processes for this market.

  • Complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used.

  • Products and systems are client specific and require customization.

  • Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.

  • Department is involved in medium-large sales.

  • Evaluating project bidding to fully assess benefit to company and risk involved

Qualification / requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Sales & Operations Roles.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

  • Established project management skills.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Strong focus on all aspects of Wireline Logging Services.

  • Proficient knowledge of product segments

  • Ability to work and communicate well with others
