JOB VACANCY DESCRIPTION

• Managing a group of energetic engineering professionals.
• Assist in the engineering, technical project planning, and implementation of offshore projects, such as heavy lift installation projects.
• Assist project manager with logistics, procurement, and subcontracting for projects.
• Establish and maintain positive client and subcontractor relationships.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to locate and mobilize project equipment.
• Create execution plans for offshore projects, including equipment selection, concept and detail design of lifting arrangements, and so on.
• Planning, coordination, and management of assigned work, as well as the defining of required resources and competencies for internal staff and subcontractors.
• Conduct an internal and external deliverables (drawings, reports, and procedures) evaluation and organization.
• Manage technical subcontractors from specification through completion of function testing of equipment and handover to user.

Requirements:

• Degree in Offshore Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• The desire to work (temporarily) offshore on vessel, overseas, or in offices
• Experience working offshore is mandatory
• Experience with jacket/pile installation is mandatory
• Familiarity with rigging design, grillage, and sea-fastening design;
