JOB VACANCY DESCRIPTION

Roles & Responsibilities

– Prepare full set of shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing list, BL, COO, Shipping Mark, Pick List, etc. (for sea shipment)

– Ensure all Export shipping documentation process in a timely and complies with customers’ requirement

– Liaise with shipping Forwarders, customers on shipment readiness and delivery schedules

– Liaise with storekeeper on goods collection date and printing of shipping marks for shipment

– Responsible for sending export documents to customers by courier

– Data entry and filing of documents

– Other ad hoc duties assigned

– Able to work independently and meet deadlines

– Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)

– Able to communicate in English & Chinese

– Relevant experience in import & export environment & procedures an advantage

– Fresh-graduates are welcoming.
