Social Media Specialist (2 positions)

Job Requirements:

· Manage and optimize the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

· Develop and implement strategic social media plans to increase brand awareness, traffic, product usage, and user engagement.

· Collaborate with creative teams to create compelling and consistent content that resonates with the target audience.

· Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment between social media efforts and overall marketing activities.

· Collaborate with selected KOLs, influencers, and conduct eligibility reviews to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

· Daily management of company social media profiles, including creating posts, stories, videos, and promotional content.

· Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve social media strategies. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

· Stay updated on industry trends and changes in social media platform algorithms to adjust strategies effectively.

Requirements:

· 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, and social media management.

· Graduated with a degree in marketing, communication arts, or any related field (or equivalent experience).

· Experience in managing social media accounts and successfully implementing social media activities through organic and paid channels.

· Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Google Suite, or similar tools.

· Must be a Vietnamese speaker.

· Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms and strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Creative thinker with the ability to create engaging content and knowledge of current social media trends, tools, and best practices.

· Strong organizational and presentation skills.

· Attention to detail, with SEO/CRM experience.

· Graphic design and video editing skills are advantageous.

· Working hours: 10:00-22:00, with 3 days off per month.

· Salary: Negotiable,
