About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading Start-ups in South East Asia, with offices located throughout different Asian country, they are currently looking for a highly motivated candidate to join them as their Head of Operation Excellence and contribute to the company growth.
Job Description
- Implement and spearhead the proposed improvement together with related stakeholders.
- Ensure operational readiness for new product / promo launching.
- analyze top customer issue to drive product solution.
- Define the end to end journey for on boarding partners and keeping them accountable.
- Represent the customer voice in the company and coming up with a solution to cater to the customers needs.
- Review all process and SOP of the company
- Define the end to end the customer care agent journey.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 7 years of working experience with prior experience in handling Process Improvement or Transformation Strategy.
- A Bachelor degree of Master degree in Engineering or similar major.
- Proven track record in scaling operation / process.
- Proven track of leadership skill.
- Excellent problem solving skill to identify and analyse opportunity for improvement.
- Strong attention to detail to run an effective operation team.
- Mastery of English is a must and good communication skills.
