Our client is one of the leading Start-ups in South East Asia, with offices located throughout different Asian country, they are currently looking for a highly motivated candidate to join them as their Head of Operation Excellence and contribute to the company growth.

Job Description

  • Implement and spearhead the proposed improvement together with related stakeholders.
  • Ensure operational readiness for new product / promo launching.
  • analyze top customer issue to drive product solution.
  • Define the end to end journey for on boarding partners and keeping them accountable.
  • Represent the customer voice in the company and coming up with a solution to cater to the customers needs.
  • Review all process and SOP of the company
  • Define the end to end the customer care agent journey.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 7 years of working experience with prior experience in handling Process Improvement or Transformation Strategy.
  • A Bachelor degree of Master degree in Engineering or similar major.
  • Proven track record in scaling operation / process.
  • Proven track of leadership skill.
  • Excellent problem solving skill to identify and analyse opportunity for improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail to run an effective operation team.
  • Mastery of English is a must and good communication skills.
