About the Role

Propose and implement digital marketing plans in line with global brand and regional marketing strategies. Initiate, execute and evaluate digital marketing activities together with marketing and sales in order to improve the category performance in Indonesia at the same time contribute for APAC digitalization.

What You Will Do

• Initiate, propose and drive implementation of digital marketing plans
• Adapt global and regional communication for best utilization in digital channels
• Set correct and clear KPIs for digital activities
• Monitor effects of digital activities, follow-up, evaluate and take corrective actions if needed
• Manage digital marketing budget
• Monitor digital development and trends to make sure our business utilizes new opportunities in the best way
• Ensure close collaboration and communication with all stakeholders
• Provide expertise and guidance in Digital Marketing to others and actively share best practices and contribute to networks
• Might lead, and/or coach others (including personal feedback & development)
