This role with work with Fundraising Lead Conversion Program Officer to maximize income from Telemarketing Channel. He/she will coordinate with other fundraising team and others unit to convert supporter data become regular donor by Telephone and manage telemarketing.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY :
Fundraising and Marketing Role
Provide internal reporting of all telemarketing activities.
Active participation in cross functional teams.
Ensure continual testing and innovation of telemarketing work.
Perform other duties as directed by the line manager.

Establishing and build strong working relationships with key internal partners

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
Ability to adapt in small team and working collaboratively with colleagues and providing support and advice as necessary.
A full appreciation of the value of co-operation, both internationally and within a team environment.
Written and verbal fluency in English and Indonesian.
Demonstrable experience of using digital telemarketing techniques.
Accurate data entry skill.
Skills in verbal communication, in particular with a warm, inspiring and professional (telephone) manner.
Able to work under pressure, in particular ability to achieve effective results/targets.
Able to deal with rejection without becoming discouraged.
Able to work both on own initiative and take lead of multi-disciplinary teams.
Able to work independently without direct supervision.
At least 1 year experience in corporate or international NGO work-environment related to telemarketing
Contribute to the overall implementation of Child Safeguarding Policy (CSP) within the response including ensuring CSP integration in all project activities including for target beneficiaries. We need to keep children safe so our selection process, which includes rigorous background checks, reflects our commitment to the protection of children from abuse.
Any other task & responsibilities given by the Supervisor and to comply with Save the Children and Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilikâ€™s policies and practice with respect to child protection, code of conduct, health and safety, equal opportunities and other relevant policies and procedures.
