Role of Purposes:

Reporting to the Business Analyst lead, you will work as part of an innovative team to design, configure, and implement prototypes, which will be used by lines of business to solve their operational challenges. You will work as part of an innovative team to build data-driven solutions, including BI products, reporting and monitoring tools, and dashboards, which will be used by various lines of business to improve their decision-making processes. You will manage, stabilize, and unify the competing demands of the different verticals as well as the competing demands of the other business functions in the Company. You will develop forward-thinking management and integration plans among different teams and/or team members to ensure that project initiatives are strategically orchestrated. You will work closely with senior management and other relevant departments to identify new opportunities and assist in drafting business proposals. Lastly, you will learn, be inquisitive, and be technically curious, with a passion for emerging technologies (RPA, AI, Big Data, NLP, ML), their capabilities, and how they are used to empower business.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with developers and cross-functional project teams to leverage, arrange priorities, and develop and execute, business solutions-driven applications.
  • Manage the division’s operations and the ability to reverse logistics of new initiatives.
  • Identify risks and mitigation plans, and provide direct feedback and regular updates to different audiences, including senior management (internally and externally).

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • At least 2 to 4 years of professional experience in business analytical and/or technology product development
  • Proven experience in Odoo platform
  • Proven experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
  • Proven experience with process analysis, design, and implementation, business and technical requirements, problem-solving, and system(s) testing, including UAT, SIT, and ongoing management.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple portfolios, and to stay on top of milestones.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to target communication to appropriate audiences.
  • Able to effectively explain issues and business impacts in ways that are easily understood by all parties (incl. key customers).
  • Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail.
