Job Scope:

• Implement individualized therapy treatment plan and cognitive development plan as written and directed by Consultant and Director
• Observe, facilitate and assess behavioral changes in the child’s progress
• Document behaviors objectively in student’s therapy file and organize learning materials
• Establish and maintain care, respect and confidentiality of clients
• Liaise and communicate with parents, other teachers, and administrators, in addition to the children under their supervision.

Job Requirements:

• Permanent position requires to work for at least minimum 3 years
• Candidates with prior experience of managing babies or toddlers would be an added advantage
• A good verbal and written English ability with good phonematic awareness would be an added advantage
• A good verbal Mandarin Language ability to liaise with Mandarin speaking parents
• A qualification of Degree in Psychology is compulsory
• Passionate and love working with toddlers and children (special kids)
• Have previous experience working with pre-school or primary children would be awesome
• Have the drive and commitment in shaping the kids to have better future

Job Details and Benefits:

• 6 working days (Saturday full day is compulsory)
• Salary are ranging from $2700-$3100 (depending on relevant experience and qualification)
• Working hours as set by Company (Weekdays 10am to 7pm and may extend by 1 hour occasionally, Weekends 10am to 6pm)
• Allowance will be given for those working on Sundays
• Fresh Degree Holders are welcome. Those who have 1 Year working experience and desire to work in a passionate environment will be an added advantage

We provide intervention developmentally from physical gross motor and muscular dysfunction for optimal function and quality of life to attention systems and to higher level critical cognitive skills system required for work, school and play. Our therapeutic interventions enhance cognitive skills such as visual and auditory processing, short and long term memory, working memory, logic and reasoning, perceptual and spatial processing, selective, divided and sustain attention, crucial skills required for learning.
