Role Summary:

In this role, you will drive innovation and play a key role in the progress of the bank. Your responsibilities include analyzing technical processes, mapping business processes, coordinating projects, documenting current processes and systems, and creating detailed specifications for business activities and designs. You’ll be a bridge between technical and business aspects, ensuring smooth implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in solution design or architecture, coupled with technical expertise in development and programming. Initiative, attention to detail, and a disciplined approach are essential. Your input for team improvements, familiarity with Microservices, SOA, Principal Programming, SDLC Agile Methodology, Jira, Confluence, and backend development will be valuable. Prior experience in team management and as a solution architect is also preferred.
