Tentang Pekerjaan

Job Description:

  • Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
  • Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare and manage all documentations in relations to inventory movements, inbound (supplier deliveries) and outbound (customer pick up and deliveries).
  • Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
  • Generate reports for irregular issue, stock take, cycle counts and data reconciliation within current system.
  • Generate and maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.
  • Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed.
  • Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.
  • Coordinate well with sales / marketing divisions and accounting / finance division.
  • Analyze data on stocks, procedures and outcomes.
  • Create procedures and policies to support better warehouse and logistic operations.

Requirement :

  • At least 2 years of working experience in similar positions.
  • Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Familiar with Accurate or other accounting systems
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Highly organized, details oriented, fast response, polite, honest and have good initiative.
  • Able to work under pressure and overtime.
  • Minimum D3 / S1 in Logistic / Transport / Accounting / other related field.
